  5. 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or a plant-based alternative for a vegan option)

  6. 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  7. 1 tablespoon almond butter

  8. 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)

  9. 1 cup almond milk (or any other milk of your choice)

  10. Ice cubes (optional)

  1. Prepare Ingredients: If you haven't done so already, freeze the banana overnight and wash the spinach and kale.
